Refund Policy
After registering and paying for fhe Human Systems Dynamics Gathering 2026, we understand your circumstances can change. If you can no longer attend, we encourage you to share your registration with someone else you know who would be interested in attending. The registration is transferable. Alternatively, we will give you a full refund if your request is received at least 90 days before a Gathering. In order to cover our committed expenses, between 60 and 90 days before the event we will provide a 75% refund. After that, and up to the time of the Gathering, we will provide a 50% refund.

The conference ticket includes all conference activities on 9/10/11 September 2026. It does not include your hotel or travel costs. We’ll take care of you during the day with refreshments, including lunch on Thursday and Friday, as well as shared dinners on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. We will try to meet any dietary requirements that you tell us about in the booking process.

The conference will start at XX on Wednesday 9 Sep and will close at XX on Friday 11 Sep, we recommend you book travel to arrive by XX and to leave after XX to ensure you get the most of your time at the Gathering.

You can pay by credit card or request an invoice on the booking page. You can book multiple tickets at the same time. If paying by invoice, your place will only be finalised once payment has been received.

We charge for tickets in the currency of the country in which the conference takes place. Vic is in Spain and the Spanish currency is EUR.

We are committed to ensuring our event is accessible to as many people as possible. We are offering a small number of places on a first come first served basis for Work Study Grants and Sliding Scale Tuition. This initiative aligns with our mission to foster diversity, inclusion, and equitable opportunities for participation. If this option would support your attendance, we encourage you to contact us.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your conference ticket to another person at any time, at no additional cost. Tickets may be cancelled before 11 July (60 days before the conference) for a refund of 30% of the ticket price. Venue and catering costs are high and the refund offer reflects the costs we face when people cancel. We can't cover losses from your pre-booked travel and accommodation. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the conference, we will refund you in full.
