English will be the main language for the Gathering. We also anticipate having sessions in Spanish and Dutch.

Early bird special (Available Until February 28, 2026) : 350 Euro

From March 1 Until June 30, 2026 : 425 Euro

From July 1 Until September 9, 2026 : 475 Euro

Work Study Grants*

Work study available for those still pursuing their education (at any age and in any type of institution) with minimal or no employment. Work will include set up and clean up of sessions, staffing registration and miscellaneous needs during the gathering. Accommodations are not included but will help find the best available. 

Sliding Scale Tuition*

Sliding scale tuition will be made available when and if base costs are covered by other participants. We will do our best to accommodate eager learners with modest means.
