Please note: the HSD association gets charged 3.3% (12-15 EUR) when you use a credit card. Consider using the bank transfer option (free to the Association) or giving us a tip to offset the expense. You will receive all the bank details by email following your registration.

Refund Policy
After registering and paying for fhe Human Systems Dynamics Gathering 2026, we understand your circumstances can change. If you can no longer attend, we encourage you to share your registration with someone else you know who would be interested in attending. The registration is transferable. Alternatively, we will give you a full refund if your request is received at least 90 days before a Gathering. In order to cover our committed expenses, between 60 and 90 days before the event we will provide a 75% refund. After that, and up to the time of the Gathering, we will provide a 50% refund.
