In this session, we will explore the shared ground between the Organisational Development and Human SYstems Dynamics through the HSD lens of Containers, Differences and Exchange.

Systems thinking is axiomatic in organisational development, so the field of HSD is a natural companion, founded as it is in the theory of complex adaptive systems. Many of the methods and models used by HSD practitioners would feel familiar to OD professionals. We will use this session to explore the shared ground through the HSD lens of Containers, Differences and Exchange.
